We are Road and Track/Race Bike Company based in workshops located in Tuxford NG22. We have specialist departments that look after all your motorcycling needs.

TYRES:

We are UK Official Dealers for Pirelli, Metzeler, Michelin and Dunlop and we also retail Continental, Avon, Bridgestone. Our tyre range covers Road, Track and Off Road with our specialty being Track Tyres. Being a UK Official agent means you will get all the backup you need should you have any problems with your product, you will get access to all the offers a manufacturer releases and as a main agent we have access to all the technical information required to fully inform our customers. If we don’t know an answer to your question, we can call upon the manufacturer. We hold hundreds of tyres in stock and will dispatch same day where possible with overnight couriers.

SUSPENSION:

Parkitt have a dedicated Suspension department looked after by upto 3 Technicians with one main technician overseeing all the work completed by our staff. We are trained by one of the most prestigious companies in the world - Ohlins. We also work closely with K-Tech and can offer suspension advice, service, upgrade and repairs to OE products fitted by the bike manufacturers as well as Ohlins, Bitubu, K-Tech, Wilburs, WP, Nitron etc. We pride ourselves in our work, have a passion for the finer workings of suspension and are constantly reevaluating our staff with ongoing training programs. As well as the “Main” suspension units we also service and upgrade Ohlins steering dampers.

ROAD BIKE WORKSHOP:

We can service & Rebuild all makes and models of Motorcycle, have the facility to MOT bike. We offer a collection and delivery service to riders who cannot make it to the workshops. We also have a small retail area for customers who need parts and accessories. If we do not have something in stock we will have it within 24hours. Other services include full brake calliper overhauls, ultrasonic cleaning.... the list is endless!

TRACK BIKE WORKSHOP

This is where Parkitt originally started. We offer everything from Performance Part upgrades through to bespoke race bike builds and everything in between. Like our road bike service we can also offer brake calliper and master cylinder rebuilds.

We also rebuild & refresh engines and gearboxs.

MAIL ORDER

Over the years we have developed relationships with most of the performance parts suppliers and manufacturers as well as general parts and accessories. Mail order is not only for parts and accessories, we also stock and retail Clothing such as leathers, helmets, boots and gloves. We have a substantial stock holding, but do not have everything – in which case we usually have it within 24 hours.

TRACKSIDE SUPPORT

This is perhaps what we have become to be known for.... but as you can see from the above this is far from what we are all about. Depending on the size of the event we will either send our Track Support Artic or Large van along with two fully trained members of staff. Whilst at the event we will provide a Suspension Set-Up and advice service, Tyre fitting and supply service and a Parts service. If you don’t want to pay the small extra charges some of the trackside products attract, you can always pre-order your products and we will take them to the track for you and it will not cost you a penny extra over RRP.

The above is just a small amount of what our company brings to the motorcycling work. There are so many things that are not listed above – such as our Brembo dealership that allows us to retail, service and repair Brembo products.

Neil & Tony are both motorcyclists and x-club racers and appreciate what customers are looking for. As we grow we don’t want to lose the personal service we strive to offer our customers. We have dedicated our working lives to this industry and have sunk our lives into it (and more).

We are facing stiff competition from “Pop-Up” companies, European sellers (due to the value of the Euro) and other factors. We will not slash our prices, offer gimmics etc – but we will enrol our staff on continuous training, invest in infrastructure, staff and all the elements that much a successful business.

Customers have freedom of choice, this is not an advert to “pinch” customers from other shops – just to advise what we do, as so many people “pigeon hole” us as a trackside support company – our business extends much further than that.
